If you would like to be included in our Church Directory please fill out the form below. Your name and address will be added to the printed directory along with your phone number(s). Please tell us if you'd like your email address(es) to be included as well.

We will not add birthdays or anniversaries to the directory but will keep them on file to celebrate your special days.

For those who have permission to log in we will post a password protected .pdf version online.  A printed version will be available at church.
